Child Injured In Wana Waziristan Toy Bomb Blast
WANA: One child sustained injuries in a toy bomb blast in Wana sub-division of South Waziristan Agency on Wednesday.
The political administration said the child, Diljan, was playing outside his home in Wocha Khwara area when he picked a toy bomb which exploded in his hands. The injured child was taken to Wana FC Hospital.
Meanwhile, South Waziristan Political Agent Zafarul Islam Khattak distributed Rs50,000 each among the families of seven children who died in a toy bomb blast three days ago. The political agent visited Speen Mazak area on Wednesday and expressed sympathy with the bereaved families. He also announced giving government jobs to two members from each bereaved family. He directed the concerned authorities to provide best medical facilities to two children who were injured in the blast. -TNN
