UFC Fight Night 115 results: Siyar Bahadurzada stops Rob Wilkinson in Netherland

The Afghanistan-borne Siyar Bahadurzada knocked out his opponent from Australia in his appearance in Ultimate Fighting Championship after almost one and half years.

Organized in Rotterdam city of Netherlands late on Saturday night Afghanistan Time, Bahadurzada managed to knock out Australia’s Rob Wilkinson during the second round of the fight with TKO punches.

Both the fighters appeared aggressive during the first round of the fight although Wilkinson appeared to have upper hands during the last months of the first round and initial minutes of the second round with a couple of take downs.

However, Bahadurzada managed to inflict the damage in the middle of the second round with a strong punch and ended the match in his favor with back to back punches afterwards, forcing the match referee to intervene and end the fight.

With last night’s victory, Bahadruzada’s MMA record jumps 30 fights in total with 23 wins, 6 losses, and one draw while his record in UFC includes five matches with three wins and two losses.

Bahadurzada made his debute in UFC in early 2014 and managed to knock out Brazil’s Paulo Thiago in 42 seconds of the first round.

In the meantime, his tonight’s rival Rob Wilkinson’s MMA record includes 11 matches with no losses.
